Multilevel yoga is intended for all ages and levels. The class is especially geared toward students seeking a softer flow, slower pace and detailed instruction. The pace is quicker than a beginner level class, however all poses are presented in a gently guided manner. Students are encouraged to explore poses in a safe and experiential fashion. Listening to the body, breathing freely in the pose and honoring your limitations are stressed during the class. Each class will offer different flows and themes.
