Pilates Mat Class on Wednesday 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
A series of mat exercises designed to work with students of all fitness levels that is based on the classical Pilates principles of concentration, precision, control, breathing, and flowing movements. Pilates improves mental and physical well-being, increases flexibility, and strengthens muscles through controlled movements.
Pilates will help sculpt long, lean muscles and specifically focuses on strengthening the body's "core" or “powerhouse.” People who do Pilates regularly feel they have better posture, are less prone to injury, and experience better overall health.
Just bring your mat and allow Tracey to sculpt, tone and strengthen your shell. Experience the difference for yourself!
